Hassan began his career building custom software for blue-collar businesses, translating owners’ day-to-day problems into systems their teams could use. His experience includes software development and technical leadership at NIH, followed by AI integration work. At Second Mind, he focuses on understanding the process, connecting the right systems, and building workflows that people can operate and maintain.

Aadam Bandaisha

Co-founder · Cybersecurity & operational risk

Aadam’s background spans cybersecurity roles at ISA Cyber Security and Sophos. At Sophos, he serves as a senior team lead and participates in the company’s AI Guild, contributing to the adoption of AI within the organization. At Second Mind, he focuses on access boundaries, human oversight, and the operational risks that need to be addressed when AI becomes part of a business process.
